Paradise · The Strip

This part of the valley starts in Paradise, the unincorporated township that holds the Strip, Harry Reid International and UNLV, and it runs south along I-15 through Silverado Ranch toward St. Rose Parkway. That makes it two different markets. In the three ZIPs around the resort corridor, 89109, 89119 and 89120, only 22% of homes are detached houses, and in 89109 three out of four homes sit in buildings of 50 or more units, per the Census Bureau's American Community Survey.

The south end is where most of the houses are. In 89123 and 89183, 64% of homes are detached houses and 56% were built in 2000 or later, and those two ZIPs made up 70% of the area's single-family sales from February to July 2026, per GLVAR MLS data. Single-family homes there closed at a $482,500 median in 89123 and $429,975 in 89183, and builders are still selling new homes near St. Rose Parkway.

Up north, the high-rises are the draw: Turnberry Place, Panorama Towers, and the MGM Signature and Waldorf Astoria residences sit on or near the Strip, which suits a lock-and-leave second home. Condos and townhomes across all five ZIPs closed at a $230,000 median over the same months, and the 215 Beltway and I-15 tie both ends to the airport and the resort corridor.
